All orders are accepted and quotations given subject to the following conditions. A contract is formed by the Customer’s order and the acceptance of it by the Company either in writing.
These Conditions shall apply to all contracts between the Company and the Customer to the exclusion of all other terms & conditions (including any which the Customer purports to apply). No variation to these Conditions shall have any effect unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
Us and the customer are required to approve in writing product and or service-related everything and always. This applies the order, the manufacturing time, the installation, the warranty period, and return.
Defective goods should be returned to the Company at the Customer’s expense. Such returns can only be made with the Company’s written authorization. The Customer must notify the Company in writing within 5 working days after receipt of goods discovery of the defect of his/her intention to return goods. Goods returned without written notification will not be accepted and must be paid in full by the Customer.
Postal returns will not be accepted without written authorization and will be returned at the Customer’s expense.
A defect affecting part only of the goods shall not entitle the Customer to reject the entire delivery.
Most of the products are custom made and are made of a unique material. Many wood due to their uniqueness, recycled city trees taken down by tree surgeons. Trees that are becoming a hazard to the public, or from site clearance and otherwise being wasted for firewood or chip board. As a result, lesions may occur over time. We repair, replace with the customer in agreement with them.
These non-warranty repairs. These may have a cost to the customer.
We execute all orders with the utmost care.
I pay attention to the quality of the material, the quality of manufacture and the quality of installation.
We do not accept any liability and guarantee for products that not us but someone else is installing.
The customer must notify us immediately in writing all lesions compared to the original.
The price has not changed in the course of the order.
Price change can happen if the product or design changes to design or plan.
